POLICIES:

WHOLESALE PRICING:

CALL FOR PRICING - Retailers need to have a valid RESALE LICENSE # to obtain wholesale pricing. You will receive:

            • discounted wholesale pricing
            • discounted shipping rate
            • you will not be charged sales tax

MINIMUM ORDER:

A minimum order of one dozen pieces (12) is required.

EXCHANGES:

Please make your selections carefully. We will not exchange for errors in choosing sizes, colors or styles.

PAYMENT

50% DEPOSIT - A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. Payable by Credit Card, Money Order or Cashiers Check. If a company check is given, the check must clear our bank before we will ship your order.

BALANCE is due upon delivery. All goods are shipped COD CASH / Money Order.

RETURNED CHECKS

There will be a $50 charge added to any account in which a check is returned, for any reason.

REFUSED & RETURNED BOXES

If a box is returned to us for reasons such as 'No Money,' 'Held 7 Days,' 'Will Call' or so on, we can re-ship it with your approval. However, in addition to the initial freight charge, we will add a second freight charge to cover the cost of shipping and handling again. If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will re-stock the merchandise and charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the amount of the order, PLUS the freight charges.

DAMAGES

Claims must be made by phone and e-mail within 5 days from your receiving the goods. A Return Authorization Sticker (RA) will be sent to you. Please ship immediately only goods that are authorized along with RA Sticker on the box. If you return a damaged item, we will replace it with the EXACT SAME ITEM you originally ordered. We reserve the right to refuse the box if not received within 15 days from the date the RA sticker was issued. Additional Goods that are not pre-approved and shipped along with the authorized items may not be credited to the customer’s account.

Only in-house credit will be issued, no refunds. We do not pay freight costs for returning merchandise. We do not provide call tags. We will credit your account upon receipt of the items.
